1. In the Battle of Midway
Japan lost 4 aircraft carriers and 200 aircraft with experienced pilots. USA
only lost 1 aircraft carrier and 150 planes (Strokesbury, 1999).
2. The battle of Midway was the
first Allied victory against the Japanese (Strokesbury, 1999).
3. The Battle of Midway started on
June 4, 1942 . The Japanese didn't send out reconnaissance
planes until the next morning, one morning to late If the Japanese had sent out
reconnaissance they would have noticed where the Americans where, and then they
could have been ready(Strokesbury, 1999).

The Battle of Midway proved that aircraft carrier warfare would be the main part
in future wars (Battle of Midway, 2007).
